Welcome to Sidekick! By visiting our website, purchasing a product, booking a service, or joining one of our programs, you agree to the terms below. We’ve done our best to keep things clear, straightforward, and fair.

When you purchase any of our products, services, or coaching experiences from Sidekick, you’re agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, reach out before you buy or book.
2. Products & Pricing
2.1. What We Offer
Sidekick offers a range of digital products, physical products, workshops, coaching, and consulting services. Each product or service is described on our website or in your proposal. Please make sure you understand what’s included before making a purchase.
2.2. Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Pricing may change over time, but once you complete checkout or sign a proposal, your price is locked in.
2.3. Pricing Validity for Service Proposals
Pricing outlined in service proposals is valid for 30 days from the issue date. After that, the rate may be revised.
3. Payments
3.1. Payment Methods
We accept major debit and credit cards. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party platforms. Your payment details are protected by them, not stored by us.
3.2. Payment Plans
If you’ve opted for a payment plan, you agree to stick to the scheduled dates. If a payment is missed or late by more than 14 days, access to services may be paused until it’s resolved. For ongoing coaching, recurring payments are automatically charged monthly unless otherwise stated.
4. Refunds, Cancellations & Your Rights
4.1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Under ACL, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement if there’s a major fault with a product or service. We respect and operate within these laws.
4.2. Digital Products
Refunds aren’t generally available for digital products once accessed or downloaded, unless a major fault occurs.
4.3. Change of Mind
We’re not required to provide refunds for a change of mind, but we may offer a credit or exchange at our discretion if it feels fair.
5. Coaching, Consulting & Training Terms
These terms apply when you engage with Sidekick for coaching, consulting, workshops, or training—whether one-on-one, in a group, or with your team.
5.1. Types of Engagement
Fixed Coaching Packages
Structured programs over a set timeframe (e.g., 3 sessions, 6 weeks). Full upfront payment is required to secure your place and is non-refundable.Monthly Coaching & Consulting
Ongoing 1:1 support with a minimum commitment period as outlined in your proposal. After this term, cancellations require one month’s written notice. Monthly payments are auto-debited in advance.One-Off Workshops & Consulting
These are single events such as team training sessions, intensives, or keynotes. Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed.Cancellation Policy for One-Off Sessions:
30+ days notice: Full refund or reschedule
48 hours–30 days: 50% payable
Less than 48 hours or no-show: 100% payable
5.2. Session Rescheduling
You can reschedule a session with 24+ hours’ notice (subject to availability).
Less than 24 hours’ notice = session forfeited.
Late arrivals = session still ends at the scheduled time.
No-shows = session forfeited.
If tech issues occur (yours or ours), we’ll work with you to reschedule at no penalty.
5.3. Extenuating Circumstances
We understand life happens. In cases of serious illness, emergency, or bereavement, we may—at our discretion—offer a reschedule or partial credit.
6. Additional Terms
6.1. Sidekick’s Right to Cancel
We may cancel a service if a client breaches the agreement, behaves inappropriately, or fails to pay on time. Outstanding balances will remain due.
6.2. Subcontractors & Associates
We may engage trusted associate coaches or consultants to help deliver services. All team members are held to the same professional and confidentiality standards.
6.3. Results Disclaimer
We can’t guarantee results, income, or growth. Success depends on your participation and actions. We provide tools, guidance, and support—but implementation is your responsibility.
6.4. Use of Testimonials & Recordings
With your written consent, we may use anonymised case studies, testimonials, or session recordings (e.g., from workshops) for marketing or training purposes.
6.5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All shared information stays confidential unless legally required or necessary for service delivery.
6.6. Privacy & Data
We comply with the Australian Privacy Act. Any personal data collected is handled securely and used only as needed to deliver services or products.
6.7. Liability
We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service, unless otherwise required by law.
6.8. Force Majeure
We won’t be liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, internet outages, or government restrictions).
6.9. Dispute Resolution
If an issue arises, we’re committed to resolving it amicably. Before taking formal action, both parties agree to attempt resolution through discussion or mediation.
6.10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], Australia. Any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction.
