Property Management Consultant
Meet Jody – 20 years in real estate and she’s done every single job in the building.
Since 2005 she’s gone from answering phones on reception to running her own property management business (Zealous PM), and along the way she’s touched leasing, admin, trust accounting, the lot. There’s no part of a PM business she hasn’t had her hands in, which is exactly why she gets it when things feel messy.
Jody’s the coach for anyone in the trenches of building their rent roll from the ground up. She’s lived the start-up phase herself, not read about it, and she brings real, practical insight from what’s actually worked (and what hasn’t) in her own business, not textbook theory.
Landlords trust her because she protects what they’ve built. Tenants feel it too, she believes property management is about people first, systems second (even though she loves a good system 👀).
Inside PMBA, Jody’s your go-to for the early-stage grind, the sub-50-managements crew who are still finding their feet and need someone who’s actually been there.
