Why It Mattered
Burnout in property management is more than being “busy.” It’s a pattern of pressure without pause, expectations without clarity, and performance without support.
For too long, we’ve normalised stress, overwork and “just pushing through.” This challenge was designed to change that.
It wasn’t fluffy. It was about practical tools, repeatable habits, and building a stronger culture — together.
What We Covered
Over three weeks, we focused on key themes that directly impact stress and burnout in property management, including:
- Mindset and mental load
- Time management and delegation
- Health and energy balance
- Leadership habits and team culture
- Boundaries, communication and clarity
Every day introduced a new micro-topic, paired with a practical action step. From triaging your inbox to managing stress in your nervous system, nothing was off the table.
